🌸Appreciate the little things in life, like the first coffee in the morning or the sun on your face.

🌸Find online training you can do, whether it's on the Sats app or on YouTube.

🌸Take a walk and get some fresh air. Sit on a bench, breathe and enjoy the moment.

🌸Do something creative. Start that project you have been thinking about.

🌸Buy fresh flowers to have at home - now you can really enjoy them at home.

🌸Remember; happiness is contagious, be positive, and spread joy to those around you!

🌸Find something to look forward to! Set a goal, maybe for a journey?

🌸Facetime/skype with friends.

🌸Good food and drink, now you have time to cook and enjoy the food.

🌸Be grateful for what you have. End your day thinking about two things you are grateful for.
